Our quality management of our translation business is based on training of translators to have a high degree of specialized competence, and on a system for meticulous checking of translation drafts. Our coordinator staff and quality management staff support our translators and so make it possible for our translations to meet all the needs of our customers.
After our Sales Department receives your order, it is passed on to one of our coordinators. One coordinator is put in charge of one customer's work, so that from your second order onward, you directly contact the same coordinator. The key to a good translation is understanding well the needs of the customer.
     
Our coordinators meticulously verify the needs of the customer with regard to the manuscript we receive and assign this work to a translator based on the skills, areas of technical expertise, and schedules of each of our translator staff. This is done quickly and carefully thanks to the translator database that we have constructed especially for this purpose.   Asako FUKUROI

Our translators are all free-lance, working at home. We enlist translators with technical specialties and extensive business experience. The specifics of a job are conveyed to the translator by the coordinator through telephone or memorandums written in the work specifications form. Process control is done with a special form called a TMS sheet, helping us to ensure that your preferences are followed and that all the work is done on time.   Sachiko NISHIKAWA

After receiving the work of the translator, our Quality Management Group does a final check. Checking is done by staff with the same level of skill as the translators. Processing of the manuscript, such as DTP, is done as necessary by our operators and a second check is done before delivery to the customer.   Tomoko TOYAMA
